Voilà! The cover of Issue #7

Issue #7 is here! The launch in Saint John went really well. It was so nice to see many of the artists from this issue in person! There are launches coming up in Fredericton on June 7th and in Moncton on June 14th. Watch Facebook and Instagram for more details!

Here is a little behind-the-scenes peek at the photo shoot that gave us the cover of this issue. In collaboration with stylist Becky Wallace and photographer Nienke Izurieta, we gathered pieces by local artists and added delicious local food to create a unique, simple New Brunswick lunch at Becky's in-laws' family cottage on the shores of the Bay of Fundy. We wanted to show how incorporating local into your home can be easy and oh so beautiful. It was really fun to work with Nienke and Becky, they both have such original ideas and creative energy. The day itself was actually quite chilly, but the feeling of freshness and spring in the air comes across really well in the photos. One of the perks was bringing home half a buttercream cake from East Coast Bistro :)
